A secure business partner

In July 2010, NYSE-listed DST Systems, Inc. acquired (through a UK subsidiary) dsicmm Group Limited, a leading UK integrated print and communications solutions business, for cash and the issuance of IOS stock. After completion of the transaction, DST will own approximately 70.5% of IOS and the remaining 29.5% will be owned by a group of the former stockholders of dsicmm. By integrating dsicmm Group with DST Output UK, DST's UK print and mail business, a new business has been created with a focus on delivering market leading communication solutions for its wide customer base.

The robust new company, Innovative Output Solutions Limited (IOS), is now the largest direct communications manufacturer within its sector in the UK, with over 1,300 employees and an annual turnover in excess of £130m. IOS provides a wide range of services from a number of sites throughout the country, with our multi-site policy offering clients the reassurance of business continuity.
